About Family Guide
The reason behind the Family Guide Web Site. . .
Since we had our children I’ve been looking for a book that tells me what to do when they ask those awkward questions, how much I should tell them about some of the horrific news stories and how far I should go when they won’t do as they’ve been asked (or even told), there are so many questions . . .
Well I haven’t found a book yet so family-guide has been born. I have found loads of great articles on the net, info in books about specific problems and some amazing people who know what they are talking about so the aim is to bring them altogether here.
I know it is a big goal but one I feel passionately about. I know there are many people out there having similar challenges and this is your platform to share them, ask questions and connect with real people who just may be able to guide you in the right direction.
My name is Wayne Brewin, I live with my wife and children who are now 14, 8 and 4 years old. They throw up challenges everyday but I wouldn’t change them for the world, they regularly teach me new things and my whole family are the number 1 priority in my life.
So if your family means the world to you, not just siblings but cousins, parents and maybe the whole extended family then come and join us, share ideas and help build a resource that people can use for years to come and together we’ll make a difference.
